F.A.Q.
  1. Why Lucky Pool?
    • Most important! Lucky Pool is created by miners for miners. It's our highest priority to provide you with a transparent pool,
      Where everything is tracable and nothing is hidden.
      Our servers are located in Paris France, Directly connected to the US and the rest of Europe and Russia.
  2. When will I get paid?
    • We run payouts every 1 hour.
  3. How does the pool determine my payouts?
    • This pool uses the following payout system. (PROP) Prop (Proportional) Payouts Explained. A proportional pool means miners are simply paid out when a block is found. No blocks, no payout! With a Prop pool the risk is all on the miners if it takes longer than expected to find a block then the miners earn less. On the flip side, if the pool is lucky (they will all average out the same eventually) the miners get more. This is in complete contrast to the PPS pool where there is no "Variance" Using made up data for simplicity, here’s an example: *A block is found after 100000 shares *You submitted 1000 of those shares (you have 1% of the pools total hash power) *There’s 50YTN per block Quite simply you will get 1% of the block = 0.5YTN. Now if the pool has a bad round (a round is the time taken to find a block) and it takes 200000 shares to find a block (twice as long) and you have submitted 2000 shares (as you’ve been mining twice as long), you still only get 1% of the block = 0.5YTN. This can also work in the miners favour too as if it takes half the time (50000 shares) to find a block and you submitted only 500 - again - 0.5YTN. Basically with a Prop pool you always get you percentage of the block and you win/lose depending on the “Luck” of the pool.
  4. How long does it take before I can withdraw my coins?
    • Coins generated by a block will not be available to you right away. They will take some time to be confirmed by the entire network before you are allowed to transfer them out of the pool. Usually coins have a confirmation set to 140. What that actually means: the network (not the pool) has to discover 140 additional blocks on top of the one found by the pool to confirm it. The amount of confirmations needed for each currency can be found inside every pool, From the menu: Statistics => Blocks.
  5. What is an Orphan Block?
    • Detached or Orphaned blocks are valid blocks which are not part of the main chain. They can occur naturally when two miners produce blocks at similar times or they can be caused by an attacker (with enough hashing power) attempting to reverse transactions.
  6. What is estimated payout?
    • Estimated payout is your estimated payout if a block is found at that time. This is an estimate according to your amount of shares submitted for the round(s).
  7. What is a share?
    • Finding blocks is not an easy task. Since it would take a really long time on some coins, finding a block is broken down into shares. Depending on the server side setting, each share can be a certain difficulty. The more difficult each share is to find by miners, the fewer total shares are required to eventually find a block. On the server side, each share is checked against the coin daemon (a server side wallet with more features) if it is indeed a valid block solution. Every share computed has the potential to be a block solution. I will not go into details why this is, but rest assured that share estimates for blocks can sometimes be exceeded. In the long run though, shorter round with less shares than required will make up for those taking very long. Keep in mind: shares are not blocks! Shares are part of a block and will count towards the block payout! At times, you will see shares being rejected by the pool. This can happen if you try to send an outdated share right after a block was found. Stratum, a protocol used by a miner to request work from a server, is used for share submission and getting new work. It is very solid when it comes to avoiding rejects but they can still happen once in a while. If you are seeing reject all the time, then something isn't working right on your end. You may also notice that your hashrate on the pool website is not increasing while your invalid share count keeps climbing up. In that case turn off your miner and check your settings!
  8. I am having problems connecting to the pool.
    • Double check your settings against our getting started page.
  9. My Hashrate is not showing on the pool.
    • 9 Out of 10 times the problem lies in the workername, double check your workername on missing capitals etc. Also make sure your miner is delivering shares accepted in the command screen, if you do not see any accepted shares our pool does not show any hashrate. In this case make sure the pool difficulty is not to high for your miner. You can check what difficutly is being used on a port here: getting started page. You can also set the difficulty yourself by using d="Your desired diff number" as your password in your miner software.
  10. How to set my Yenten wallet address in your pool?
    • On page My Account-->Edit Account enter your PIN in Account Details block.
      Confirmation e-mail will be send to your mail.
      Follow the link from email and edit yuor account details.
  11. How can I start mining after boot of my computer automatically?
    • For set autostart of your mining software you need to make some steps.

      For Windows users:
      1. Create yenten.bat file with content : ./cpuminer-sse2.exe -t 1 -a yescryptr16 -o stratum+tcp://yenten.luckypool.org:3333 -u Weblogin.WorkerName -p WorkerPassword
      where:
      t - numbers of CPU cores
      Weblogin - your login
      WorkerName - name of your worker
      WorkerPassword - password of your worker
      2. Put link to your yenten.bat file into your desctop(or other your favorit place)
      3. Draw this shortcut to your autostart menu

      For *nix users:
      1. Make yenten.sh file with content:

    • Когда я получу оплату?
      • В пуле выставлена автоматическая оплата. Деньги выплачиваются майнерам каждый час
    • Как пул начисляет мне оплату?
      • Наш пул настроен на такой вид оплаты: (PROP) Пропорциональная оплата. Этот вид оплаты подразумевает что майнер получает деньги как только пул находит блок. За не найденный блок оплата не зачисляется! Чем дольше пул ищет блок тем меньше получают майнеры. С другой стороны если пул находит быстро блок то майнеры получают больше. Бывает что 1 блок находит 1-2 майнера с нескольких шар. Они делят награду за блок между собой.
        Приведем небольшой пример:
        *Блок был найден после генерации 100000 шар
        *Вы послали 1000 щар (Тоесть доля ваших шар составляет 1%)
        *При награде 50YTN за блок, 1% составляет 0,5 YTN.
        Рассмотрим другой пример. Пулу не повезло и он сгенерировал блок после 200000 щар(в 2 раза больше) и майнер сгенерировал 2000 шар(так как он майнил в 2 раза больше), то он получает те же 1% от награды за блок(те же 0,5YTN). Этот алгоритм распределения награды за блок избавляет обычных майнеров от мошеннических действий со стороны других майнеров. Вы всегда получите вознаграждение за блок.
    • Как долго мне ждать пока появится возможность снять деньги?
      • Деньги которые Вы заработали при генерации блока не доступны сразу. Yenten должен сгенерировать 100 подтверждений перед тем как деньги поступят на счет пула. Как только награда за блок поступает на кошелек пула, пул автоматически совершает выплаты. Информацию о выплатах и начислениях Вы можете посмотреть на странице : Statistics => Blocks.
    • Что такое Orphan блок?
      • Это правильный блок который был отклонен системой. Такие блоки возникают если несколько майнеров одновременно сгенерировали блок.
    • Что такое предполагаемый заработок?
      • На странице пула есть поле

        Это поле означает сколько вы получите монер если в данный момент пул найдет блок. В примере который приведен выше при нахождении блока в данный момент пользователь получит вознаграждение в размере 34.54050835 YTN.
    • Что такое шара?
      • Нахождение  блоков это нелегкое дело. Так как для того чтобы вычислить блок в некоторых монетах требуется много времени, этот процесс разбивается на мелкие кусочки. В зависимости от настроек сервера каждая частичка может иметь различную сложность(diff). Чем больше сложность каждого куска, тем меньше шар нужно послать для того чтобы вычислить блок. На стороне сервера каждый кусок блока проверяется при помощи кошелька Yenten на принадлежность к вычисляемому блоку. Каждый кусочек может быть блочным решением. Мы не будем вдаваться в подробности как именно это происходит.
        Вы должны понимать что шары это не целый блок. Это кусочек блока. Бывают случаи когда блок вычисляется после нахождения 1-2 шары. А бывает что его не могут вычислить и после того как было найдено 1000000 шар. Время от времени Вы сможете увидеть что шары отклоняются пулом. Такое может произойти после того как уже был сгенерирован блок и вы не успели вовремя отправить шару. Если вы видите что ваш хеш-рейт на пуле не увеличивается, а шары в статусе "rejected" увеличиваются, перезапустите своего воркера и проверьте его настройки.
    • У меня майнер не подключается к пулу.
      • Проверьте еще раз настройки подключения майнера.
    • Мой хешрейт не показывается пулом.
      • в 9 из 10 случаев проблема в имени воркера. Убедитесь что вы ввели имя корректно. Также помониторьте окно майнера и посмотрите отсылает ли он шары помеченные как "Accepted", Если Вы не видите ни одной шары которая отмечена таким статусом, значит ваш воркер плохо считает. Попробуйте использовать порт VADIFF, который указан на странице "С чего начать".
    • Как указать свой Yenten кошелек для получения выплат.
      • На странице My Account-->Edit Account в блоке Account Details ввести пин.
        Письмо с ссылкой на подтверждение действий по редактированию аккаунта будет выслано Вам на почту.
        Переходите по ссылке в письме и редактируете аккаунт.
    • Как мне настроить автозапуск майнера?
      • Для включения автозапуска майнера Вы должны следовать инструкциям которые предоставлены ниже.

        Для пользователей Windows:
        1. Создать файл yenten.bat с содержимым :
        ./cpuminer-sse2.exe -t 1 -a yescryptr16 -o stratum+tcp://yenten.luckypool.org:3333 -u Weblogin.WorkerName -p WorkerPassword
